Holiday park WiFi your guests will actually rave about.
Site-wide coverage, direct-to-van speeds, and a commercial model that can cost your park nothing upfront. We've been doing this for years of experience.
WiFi isn't a nice-to-have. It's a booking decision.
Guests today expect reliable WiFi as standard, not just in reception, but at their pitch, in their lodge, on the pontoon. Industry research suggests nearly half of guests factor WiFi quality into their booking decision, and poor reviews mentioning connectivity can cost parks bookings they'll never know they lost.
The parks we work with consistently see WiFi become a positive talking point in guest reviews, often for the first time. Source: industry research.

Cost depends on site size, coverage requirements and which commercial model you choose. Under the free-install model, there is no upfront cost, guests pay for access. Under the paid install model, indicative costs vary widely. Get a tailored quote using our calculator, it takes about 2 minutes.
What is the free-install model?
Under the free-install model, Just Wi-Fi designs, supplies and installs the complete WiFi network at no upfront cost to the park. Guests pay us directly for WiFi access. The park gets professional WiFi infrastructure with zero capital outlay. Small parks may occasionally need a partial install contribution, we'll discuss this clearly on the quote.
Can you provide WiFi inside individual caravans and lodges?
Yes. Our Direct-to-Van (DTV) solution provides a dedicated receiver on each holiday home, delivering home-like broadband speeds directly to the unit. This is ideal for parks where owners want a premium connection, and can run alongside site-wide outdoor WiFi for holiday guests and tourers.
Do you install across the whole UK?
Yes, we install nationwide across England, Scotland and Wales. For smaller or more remote sites, our self-install kits are shipped to your door pre-configured and ready to plug in, with a remote support call included to help you get set up.
How long does the installation take?
We coordinate the installation around your busy season wherever possible, and many parks choose to install during the off-season so guests aren't disrupted.
Can guests choose between free and paid WiFi?
Yes. Our system supports multiple tiers. You could offer basic access free and charge for a premium (faster) tier, or give all guests free WiFi as an amenity, or charge for all access. The captive portal and payment system supports 1-day, 3-day, weekly, monthly and annual passes.
Is the system GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Our captive portal collects only the data required for service delivery and complies with UK GDPR and PECR. Users accept your terms of service at login. We can assist with your privacy notice wording if needed.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We monitor all managed networks round-the-clock and typically resolve issues before guests even notice. If something does arise, our UK-based support team is reachable via the support portal. For managed installs, most issues are resolved remotely without the need for a site visit.
